When will the disruption of my children stop? (Beau Sinclair)

Divorcing parents like to convince themselves that the disruption of their children will stop once the litigation is over. That is not true. Children who are children of a divorce, they’re lives are disrupted forever. Christmas will be spent in different homes. Thanksgiving will be spent in different homes. They will have different rules to follow, they will have different pets, they will have different modes of discipline. Usually, these are adverse effects on children. Parents need to cooperate to keep these things as consistent as possible.
