There’s more to family law than the technical aspect; there’s also the emotional involvement. As a parent, Brian understands the challenges involved in custody disputes and other family law matters. His experience allows him to comprehend the struggles that his clients are enduring. He makes every effort to find solutions for his clients that work in the real world.
Brian attended and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship.
Brian worked as an oil and gas accountant in Oklahoma City until he decided to go to law school in 2010. While attending Oklahoma City University School of Law, Brian worked in the following areas of law: personal injury law, oil and gas law, and family law. He graduated from law school in 2013 and is a licensed attorney in Texas. Brian interned with Sinclair Law Office, PC on multiple occasions, which fed his interest in family law and eventually led him to become a full-time employee. Brian believes his experiences and education provide him with an ability to problem solve and create resolutions specifically tailored to the individual client.
Brian’s current areas of practice include family law, criminal law, as well as wills, trusts and probate law. Brian finds these areas particularly rewarding as he can utilize his knowledge and skill to create the best outcome for the client.
Brian is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Smith County Bar Association, and the Smith County Criminal Defense Lawyer Association.
